Calzone Nutella

1: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, water, and olive oil, mixing at low speed for 3 minutes.

2: Add salt and knead at medium speed for an additional 7 minutes until a smooth dough forms.

3: Grease the dough, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size for about 1 hour.

4: After rising, divide the dough into 3 equal parts, flour the balls, and let them rest on the countertop for about 20 minutes.

5: Roll each ball into an oval shape, leaving the edges exposed, and fill the center with Nutella and mascarpone cheese.

6: Fold to create a half-moon shape, seal the edges tightly, and roll the closure.

7: Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for 13 minutes until golden.

8: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
